down in front Having a room full of people listening to my every word is odd to some degree. By odd I don't mean uncomfortable. I mean interesting. At work my voice and or opinion doesn't hold nearly the same amount of value and that has always been a complaint of mine about where I work. Suddenly I have gone from being in the background to being the center of attention. The shift is more than a little jarring for me. As of right now I am not going to abandon my current job for this new direction, but knowing that I have that option makes me feel better about myself. |
